We work with a maximum of 3 clients at any time. The ideal client is a physician group in Ohio with multiple physicians, at least 5 years prior to retirement or sale, and lacking a strategic plan or the capacity to execute it. Services entail at least 1-2 days of service to each client per week.
We specialize in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (including buy- and sell-side diligence, quality of earnings and revenue analysis, diligence coordination, transaction support, net working capital analyses, and valuations), as well as optimizing accounting and finance processes. Our services also encompass practice and capital expenditure planning, budgeting and forecasting, payor analysis and negotiation, managing vendor requests for proposals, treasury strategy, and structuring lease negotiations.
We provide education to physicians and other organizations such as professional associations or universities ranging from lectures or 1/2 or full-day workshops covering a variety of financial and healthcare specific topics.
Any of our services is intended to complement and enhance the work of the physicians’ current advisors and practice managers.
