Determine the mission, values, and goals of the client.

Summarize the client's vision of success.
Develop a tailored scope to achieve that vision, including identifying the right team (internal to the client, the Physician CFO team, or others in our networks) to achieve that vision.
On at least a weekly basis, we choose at most three items to execute and then hold each other accountable for these results - we eat the elephant one bite at a time with no excuses.
We meet at least quarterly to reflect on and discuss…
1. Does our work still align with each other’s mission, values, and goals?
2. Are we closer to the client’s vision of success? If not, do we need to pivot or change approaches?
